I love this girl! Kalyn Nicholson is a big (little) ball of realistic positivity and a wealth of knowledge. The six steps she offers are all a part of my own daily routine (meal prep excluded. Though I have benefited from that step in the past, it is not a part of my current routine.)
In the beginning, while forming healthy lifestyle habits (keyword: Habits), routine, is so important. The popular belief is that it takes anywhere from 30-45 days to form a habitual pattern. If you find a structure, such as Kalyn’s, that works for you stick with it like your life depends on it! Because in the long run, reaching your goal will depend on you holding yourself accountable to a standard of your choosing.
